I'm after a bit of advice and may have many, many questions in regard to this project we are only currently thinking about.
At present the side of our house looks like it does in pictures Before front and Before rear attached.
Could we add something like in pictures After front and After rear attached all constructed from timber with a clear polycarbonate conservatory style roof without having planning permission?
The structure would be roughly 2.2 to 2.7 meters tall, 2.8 meters wide and 4.9 meters long.
