Hi Guys I’m planning to attach a ledger board to a brick and stone wall which will be used for a lean to roof extension I was going to use m12x160mm threaded studs with chemical resin to hold it question is will this be good enough or is bigger studs needed?
Cheers

Doubt resin is necessary at all. Normally some frame fixings/through bolts, assuming you’re talking about the top plate that rafters will birdsmouth onto. Assuming this is a fairly normally sized lean to roof. I’m pretty sure you’re in no danger of having under-specced it.

Cheers I’m talking about the timber that the rafters lean against on the house wall not the wall plate on the cavity wall which will be strapped and birdsmouthed.

Yeah, me too
Mine was torx frame fixings then a few through bolts after everything was built.
