My husband built a fence in our backyard to cut off the neighboors view of us. The fence is on top of a concrete retaining wall. He used metal spikes that are driven in about 6". The fence is also attatched or was attached to our wooden shed, and rock retaining wall. It is now leaning. So bad that I want to rip it all out and hire a professional to build it. This is now a safety concern for our two dogs who play out there. What are the options?
