I get sent a fair number of CVs, and the biggest problems are:
people who have a long list of GCSEs, however Maths, English and Physics/Science are not among them.
4 pages of useless waffle including every part time job they ever had, sometimes going back decades
Those which are actually quite good, except there is nothing to suggest even a casual interest in electrical work, and no explanation as to why they are considering it.
