LED lighting

Has anyone seen/used GU10 60 SMD LED Light Bulb 3W .
I was planning on putting all my down lighters in the house with these smd led bulbs.
Are they effective in the light output they give.

I have one LED lamp and one cold cathode lamp the problem is the spread of light is very different in both cases to the tungsten lamp. It's not just light output but the spread. So it will depend on what they are used for. Colour is also a problem when used to light pictures I have found the colour does change as to which is closest to daylight I don't know so I would be wary.

IMO you need to be looking at 7W or 8W LED replacements to get a similar light output to your 50W lamps.
