I think Mr Nazir Afzal is an extremely brave man .......he risks being ostracized by his own community. I recall he was disrespected by a Muslim lawyers association.

I just saw your posts asking 'what's that got to do with a Leeds court case' so thought I would ask the same.

I personally believe they should all have their dicks cut off, regardeless of race/religion. Punishments need to be harsher than the crime.

My initial thought was to argue but what you say is so true. As far as religions go I think the catholic church is the crappiest of the lot for helping it's home grown sinners to get away with kiddy fiddling. What they have done to shelter paedos over the centuries is disgusting. Unbelievable really. If there was a catholic priest bashing thread I'd post long and loud. There's an old town in Spain called Simat (of the Valley). Hundreds of young mums and babies gotten rid off. Vile. It's all wrong. Doesn't matter what religion, what colour. It does seem to me though, that it is less acceptable to mention these things when Muslims are involved. That is my gripe. Clearly there is ill behaviour in all walks of life.

As I said earlier, some western organisations not only 'do it as well', they do not simply ignore it or fail to challenge it, they actively close ranks to conceal that behaviour, which is far more heinous and sinister.

I am aware of a Catholic Church in an inner-city area that was happy to hold migrants' money for them to conceal it from the authorities. The churches payback was that they kept the interest. They did not ask questions about how the money was accumulated. For all the church cared it could be proceeds of crime, drugs, abuse, prostitution, etc.

I think this stuff needs posting up and discussing. The Catholic church (as I've said elsewhere) is a fookin ****box of paedo activity and it does get overlooked compared to Islamic issues. I'd like to see this stuff posted about too. Lets not hide any of it. Talk about it and show your disgust for it all.

I, personally, have no wish to persecute any section of society, especially not in pursuit of my own bigotry.
I will make my objections and feeling known at the appropriate time, not persistently exploit specific incidences to voice my bigotry.

I only make the point now about the Catholic Church and the other organisations as a counter argument against the likes of R&C, Hate, gasbag, etc insisting that it is mainly a preponderance of certain sections of society that are guilty.

Let the law take its course without stirring up division in society.

If there are crimes unknown to the law, that is a different kettle of fish.
