Legal Advice - WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

I know that we are unusual in giving our clients what we would expect ourselves.

Thats is a fixed price to diagnose faults however long that takes. We then charge for the part(s) required to fix the problem but ONLY the parts which have really failed.

It is totally unreasonable in my view to charge on a hourly basis for diagnosis. That means that those who take ages to find a fault get paid more than those who find the fault in minutes.

If we were to inadvertently replace a part which was not faulty then we would change it back to the original but this would not normally ever happen.
