Hi,

I need to level the floor in my kitchen. At the moment the floor is a mixture of orginal 1930's small floor tiles and other things.

Is it possible to just pour self leveling compound all over this?

Do you need to pva the floor first?

Anyhelp would be great,

Cheers.

Always PVA. Get all the dust up first, then PVA which does 2 things 1) seals the surface (floor in this case) and provides a key for the compound. A 4 or 5 part water to 1 part PVA will do it.
N.B. You sure those tiles aren't worth saving first ?
