Levelling after dpm?

To install a surface DPM I think the accepted wisdom is to ..

prime
self level
dpm
prime
level

All good but I was going to skimp and use wickes liquid dpm which seems to say you must not put a self leveller on top of it before screening?

Should I ignore that advice or use a better liquid dpm which I assume IS ok to self level on to?

If you are going for a few inches of screed, you'll get away with the wickes stuff, if just self levelling compound then tiles, then go with something such as bal f75/6

Sorry what I meant was I was going to use the wickes dpm and self leveller on top of an existing 2 inch screed. However, wickes web site q&a says you can't put self leveller on top of their dpm.
