Levelling Wall

I need to level out a wall to fit kitchen units as the wall is not level towards to the end of the run (IKEA kitchen units have no service void), there is about 10mm maximum to level. Can I use bonding plaster over the finishing plaster (which is also emulsioned)? A bond finish would be ok as this part of the wall will be behind the built in fridge (which needs to be attached to the levelled wall).
