Leyland trade matt emulsion for mist coat

can someone please advise me on what they think of the leyland trade matt emulsion? i want to use it as my mist coat and final coat.
Also can anyone advise me on how much i should dilute it (if its any good) by with water for the mist coat?

any advise greatly appreciated

Ensure your surface is clean and dry.
It should be o.k.

1 part water to 9 parts paint.
