Hi i was adjusting the program and the screen got frozen , no buttons working , boilder is on heating but hotwater off. I tried switching power off but screen still on .
Any help?

How long did you leave the power off? I think they do have a button type battery inside.

Clip a new one on. 2 minutes for a novice.
Takes me 5 as I have to make it look professional!
