Hi all,
I was wondering if somebody could help me please. I have in my shed a fuse box, which runs the sockets and one fluroesecent light. I removed the light switch from the wall as it was broke and forgot to make a diagram of how the wires were connected before I went out. I have coming from the fuse box, 3 core cable with red, black & earth. Then from the switch to the light the same. If my memory serves me correctly from a wiring course I did at college years ago is it the following?:-

The 2 blacks get connected together with a connector and left free floating in the switch.
The earths get tied together and earthed out on the earth pin at the side of the switch.
The red from the fuse box goes into "COM"
The red that goes from the switch to the light goes in "L1"

Please can somebody confirm this for us. Many thanks.

Regards,
Chris.
