Lighting choice bedroom bridging units

Looking for some dimmable downlighters (led) for the underside of my bedroom bridging units any ideas ?

I would be looking for something like Icage fittings, which are firerated.
It's the lamp(AKA bulb) that is the dimerable component, so you need a dimerable lamp

clicky and a dimmer switch that is compatible with that lamp.
