Dont waste your time making a box, it wont be type tested at all. TLC sell a large 300ish box with loads of 20mm knockouts which you can then put stuffing glands into for a really nice job.

I have only ever seen the ones with 2 terminals each side once in a large pump control panel and they do look good.

I meant that the body of the terminal is fully enclosed, not open on one side relying on the side of the adjacent terminal or a clip-on cover to enclose live parts.

Sparkybird has told you the way to go. Loop in at the switch.

Then you don't need JBS and don't need so much cable as you are running it to your central point.
