hi been changing a few lights downstairs and come across a problem.i\\\'ve hit a rose that when unwired contains one circuit cable that has the red wire live as normal but the other circuit cable also has power from the red and black{neutral wire even when not connected to the other live cable.the 4 lights up to the rose work but no others but power comes from the other cable which appears to go next to a dead light,has anyone got any ideas?
