We have a large kitchen with limed oak doors. The dorrs are great condition but looking a little tired. I was hoping to have them refinished in a antique oak.
I have no idea where to start.
Options:
1. Send them to a sprayer. Phoned a few but they are only prepared to spray a solid colour. Maybe I have not found the right one.
2. Do them my self. I was thinking, wire wool them down, stain them and followed by a clear varnish.
I'm worried about the quality finish I might get and if I'm doing the right thing.
