Linea 24 01 fault

Hi
I have a Vokera linea 24 about 12 YO which has a flashing 01 fault. Tried reset and boiler tries to fire, stops, tries to fire, stops, this is repeated a few times then bolier locks out on 01 with fault led flashing. I couldn't see (cover off) any sign of a flame trying to ignite.

Any advice on what can cause this and what the fix for this is?
