Hi - this may sound like a stupid question but.... the pilot light on my Vokera Linea 24 seems to have gone out today: htere's a red flashing led and 01 on the digital display, pressure seems fine at around 1.5 bar.

I've tried how i thought it should relight using the Reset option on the 3 way switch in the front panel - when i switch it back to the hot water/heating option the LED briefly turns green then goes back to red....

I have made no changes to the system, radiators, etc... but now have no hot water! any ideas gratefully received as the previous owner has not left his user manual behind!

I'd guess the boiler is around 3 years old.

You need a heating engineer.

Before you call him, check the position of gas valve handles at the meter and under the boiler are in line with valve body.

Here's the bit of the manufacturers instructions that you are missing.

01: Failure to ignite (see 6.5.5). To re-set
turn mode selector switch to re-set position
for approximately 10 seconds, then
back to original position.

The 10 seconds could be the key to it!

After that and doing as DP suggests its time to call someone out to it!
