Lining a shed with MDF boards

Hi Guys
I am about to line my shed with MDF, I have to put laminated floor in too, wshould i put laminate floor in first or the walls?

Won’t MDF attract moisture? I used it in my garage to make a storage shelf/cupboard. Only lasted a couple of years before warping with damp. How dry is your shed?
