My room is approx 5x5m and has a poured concrete floor which I believe has no damp proofing - signs of damp and mould in the existing underlay.
I'm redecorating the room and thought a liquid DPM would be a good option. I was looking at DryBase's product which seems good but is quite pricey when you realise how many tins you need.
Sika Black Jack 908 DPM is another option and I saw it at half the price - is this the one that is almost solid unless you get it warm?
I was interested that BlackJack says it can also be used as an adhesive for flooring - I am considering a parquet floor in this room and just wondered -could I theoretically kill two birds with one stone using this? Only thing is I am pretty sure it's a messy, sticky, thing to work with?
