Living roof on shed, where can I find out what size timbers to use...

Good day all

I am starting work on a shed which I want to place a living roof on.

Where can I find out what timber sizes to use.

My current shed used 2X4 at 600mm spacings for the studding, 2X5 for roof rafters, the foundation is M23 bolts (600mm) into concrete piles with 9mm OSB walls

Shed sizes is about 2.5 X 5 (meters)
