You can't 
Use eg Photobucket. Upload your pics there (resize to say 640 x 480 there if required using their Edit), and you'll be offered 3 links to use depending where it's for ... Use the top one.
Paste the link here, highlight it and click the Img button

thamks guys ,managed to load the picture. if any of you have any advice on how to fix my kitchen tap,it will be most appreciated.loaded the picture today at 08.16
only problem is i am not sure how to get to the washer and the ceramic valve. i am adviced one of them needs changing.
can anyone look at the picture and advice as to how to dismantle this tap.
