lock

hi guys.

my boss has gone away for a month and has left me to carrying on first fixing on a new job. well the site manager from the previous site has contacted me about the main entrance door not locking properly i.e. the hinges or whatever they are onb the lock that is controlled by the electric device is not working properlyor not at all.

I got to be honest I have'nt a clue on how to go about fixing the issue

any help anyone would be so cool

Are you saying that the latch isn't opening when the enter button is pressed?

Or is the control working, but not giving enough time for access.

Is there an exit button near the door to test the local operation rather than the remote (control panel) area.

Please give more details and I might be able to offer some ideas
