Locked key pad

Hi All

Hope someone can help, the previous tenants had a what I believe to be a sterling 10 system put in. They can not tell me who put it in or who serviced it ( nor the landlord ).
It has been working fine until a recent power cut , now the keypad / display will not accept any commands and is just stuck displaying 1.1.

I have turned the power off and back on but still the same. I have been in touch with a couple of companies who say without the engineer codes it will be difficult to reset but as pressing any of the buttons does not alter anything is it pointless getting anyone out and should I just start again.

You could try a total power down and then re apply power to re boot ?
That's remove battery back up and 230 v power.
It could have a faulty battery that has looked keypad out ?

Having had a look at some of the sterling user manauals, it's possible that you have a bell fuse failure. Do you know where the main unit is.

Not sure if this is your instalation manual.
