Locked topics dilema

Hello,
Could anybody help me out with my dilema please?
Im a newbie here so am not completely sure of how this forum works but
if a topic has been locked,can i find out why it was locked&can i post the same question again??

i would say.. welcome to DIYnot...
and what can you do?... well anything. This is the internat after all... Mr Moderator might step in occasionally though - but he's quite understanding really.

As for your grammar.... it's not good... but it's not illegal... so type what you like. Some people on here can't cope with evolution... language evolves rapidly..... if people start calling a ten pound note a 'browner' (after Gordon Brown), then it will get an entry in the dictionary, and become a word..... so if people want to call each other M8, then it becomes a word.... like it or not !
