Hi I hope someone can help I have a major condensation in my loft we only moved in a year ago and as such I have only just noticed. The house has ceiling heating upstairs, but it is well insulated. We only have one breathable roof tile in the roof and having had a look at the weekend we have no vents in the soffit boards. We have drilled a hole through with the idea of fitting them but the box is a sealed unit and the hole sits below the felt level and as such does not help.Does anyone have any ideas. The felt is not breathable by the way.
