loft insulation material

Hi My house was built in the 1990s. Some of the loft insulation material seems to be disintegrated. please see the photo (the yellowish bits). What kind of material is it? is it fiberglass? Thanks for any advice.
 
Take outside and put a match to it
Glass fibre or asbestos won't burn.
That looked like furniture stuffing or old blanket type material. Will burn well
