Loft insulation

What is the best to use warmcell 100 or polythene sheets cut snugg to fit inbetween joists inb loft. Cannot use rockwool as I am going to be boarding loft. Also anyone know thr closest distributor for warmcell to Liverpool as I am getting £62 delivery on one site ?

You insulating 'roof' or the 'floor'? You can insulate between the joists with rockwool but you will get a better insulation per mm using a celotex type board.

Insulating the in between the floor joists. Called them already , they do not sell the loose fill insulation.
