Hi, was wanting to seal off access to next door in the loft it is a single brick wall that is keeping the roof up, was wondering to brick up around it or breeze block it instead? Any ideas?

Brick or block, makes no difference. What ever you find easiest.
Does it need to have any kind of fire prevention dividing the two property's ?
That's what your wall will do. Squirt some intumescent foam into the gap between the final brick/block and underside of roof if you're really worried.
