Come to think of it i think i ain't sure what are sockets run on but it doesn't matter now as we ain't using the sockets.

Thanks for the help dingbat,Qedelec and crafty1289 i will tell my dad that next time he does any wiring to get someone else to do it like an qualified electrician.
