Loft ventilation

Hi all,

Just had soffits etcs replaced with plastic.
As a result the loft in windy conditions now feels a lot more breezer.
Is this normal ?

I take it you mean soffit ventilation type? however, a good ventilation in the loft is fine & the roof timber breathe easier
