Loft work

I would like some work done on my loft. I live in 2 bed first floor flat. Id appreciate advice from any builders/roofers out there of potential costs for someone to do this for me.

The work i require is:
1. Loft insulation laying (Some loft insulation purchased).
2. Loft board laying (Some Boards purchased).
3. Loft ladder installation (Ladder not purchased)
4. Wiring of and installation of a light in loft.

The measurements of my loft is: 6.8m x 8.2m (56m2).

Appreciate 4 may require an electrician separately.

Depending on your circumstances, insulation may be free. Look into this first.

thanks, but im under 70 and i work for a living - so no help for me!
