I've built a log cabin (14ft x 10ft) with 28mm walls from a kit. The cabin is on a gravel grid base, and rests on 2-inch bearers. I haven't yet laid the floorboards, and would like to insulate between the bearers before doing so. Will this cause any issues or can I simply lay EPS boards in between the bearers?

I wouldn't bother.
I thought it may help stop damp rising into the cabin
