Looking for the best suitable material to glue bricks

A decorative brick at the front of my house has snapped out of the red brick it was sitting on, see below. What would be the best material to glue it back to its place?

That looks like a piece of decor render to me.

You could probably successfully glue it back on with some 'sticks like s**t'.

And it is available in white.

Yes, it is a piece of decor but I'm not sure which product you are recommending me to use to glue it back together....

Yes.

Caused by the ivy - get rid of that stuff or it'll happen again.
