Looking to get mixer shower - any suggestions?

Hi guys,

As the title suggests, Im looking to get a mixer shower we've looked at a couple online and am not too sure if we can just get any type? We will be hooking it up to the boiler, and as far as we can see the pipes will be going into the bathroom through a 4" block - will this be a problem?

Any suggestions or things to bear in mind would be appreciated.

Combi boiler; worth looking at pressure balanced mixer shower.

No problem going through block walls, though i would recomend drilling 22mm holes and useing 22mm plastic offcuts to protect the 15mm pipes.
