Loop in wiring, ceiling rose to downlights

Hi,

I'm planning to convert my ceiling rose to a set of LED downlights. I'm fairly capable at DIY and have assessed the work required and steps I need to take to do it safely. I just wanted to check if this type of work is notifiable to the local authority or requires certification after the installation?

It is not notifiable.

All electrical work requires testing and a certificate completing.
