Loose Felt Inside Attic

Some felt under the roof is loose inside our attic, please see attached picture. What would be a cheap way to fix this? The roof is old and might need replacing soon, but it's still basically watertight, so would be great to fix this little problem until then.

Push the felt back up and then wedge some wood in between the trusses to hold it up.
 
squirt some silicone or similar on to the battens and squirt some silicone along the edge of the felt. push one side of felt up an then the other side to hopefuly stick to each other.
you could then tape where the felts join.

ther shouldn't be much of a damp problem it bein near the ridge - in fact, it could have been pulled down to provide a little ventilation for the harmless white spot mould on the rafters.
