I awoke this morning to cold baseboard pipes so I bled the line. All the baseboards started to heat up except one upstairs. The room temp won't go above 64 even though the thermostat is set higher. There is also a very loud buzzing noise that starts out as a hum then gradually gets louder. What can I do to fix this?
