Gas4you, this is the topic where I originally questioned your rule of thumb gas pipe sizing that you said you had not seen before.
This OPs experiences agree with mine and Chris's that a 7 m effective length of 22 mm is still insufficient to give the 1 mB permissible pressure loss.
I hope that upgrading the gas supply pipe size will cure the problem but the CO² setting may have to be rechecked with a different dynamic gas input pressure characteristic.
