In my lounge I have two single light switches at either end of the room to operate the same celing lights- a two way circuit I gather.
The dimmer I want to fit is one-way but the leaflet with it says it can be used in a multi-way circuit if used with a slave unit.
Anyone know how I can get it to work as the 'master' unit only has two terminals on it (Live and N), plus an earth terminal, yet there are three wires coming out of the wall (2 red one black).
The slave unit has three terminals, plus earth terminal.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks :?:

Don't think you can... I don't see any way of switching the two strap wires (blue / yellow) unless there are three terminals at each switch (not counting the earth)

I have seen one of those mentoined before on the forum, from what i remember it is only "multi way" because because the other switches link to it master / slave. as alexnic said without a lot of rewiring (not practial) you can not use that switch in your current set up
