Low Energy Lights Trippinig RCD

Eliminate the fittings.

Disconnect them one at a time and see if the tripping stops. put the wires into terminal blocks to stop them shorting out.
 
Trouble is that the fault is intermittent so could take some time to prove. Just wondered if these fittings are known to cause problems.
 
Not AFAIK. You could megger them if you have the kit. But if it's intermittent, it may not show up.
