low fuel lamp for c180

How low should be fuel level to make lamp sight?
is 10% ok?

They all vary, to be honest I'd call it a result as long as it worked on my older motors. Toyota wouldn't even do a recall for this one!!
Remember buying an old Audi and on the first outing, although the gauge did move well off the bottom (honest) ran out before I got to the petrol station. That was a long time ago, we still have the car.
