Hi, was wondering if someone can help me.

I've just found my 4 year old twizzling knobs on our combi boiler
(Yes I know this is unsafe and about to fit a lock onto cupboard)
Since this incident, our hot water isn't coming through the taps.
The level still shows 1 bar... Does anyone know what I may have to twiddle to get it to come back?
Is there any way she's stop the water flow on one of the pipes going in/ out

Many thanks![/code]

Black tap on the right, cold feed into the boiler for the hot water, she may have turned that off. Turn that anti clockwise until it stops then clockwise a 1/6th of a turn and then try the hot.

Thanks rob, do you mean the one at the top?
Also, it's ok to leave it pretty much open all the time?

Sorry, yes, the one at the top. It's left open all the time by design, otherwise you'd need to turn it on every time you want hot water.
