low hot water pressure

i installed a new pump for my shower about a year ago. but over time the hot water pressure has decreased .so i have to have the shower lever 95% to hot wich means a very weak shower as the cold water has full pressure. and have now noticed that low hot water pressure is in my bathroom taps too. is it because my pump is in the loft at the same level as my tank and would it mean raising the tank in my loft. aaahhhhhhh thanks. mo25
