Low Level Pitch on single roof with roof lights - help

Hi All,

i appreciate this topic has come up many times!

I'm starting an extension on the rear of my property, I'm going to either use a the Marley Melodie or Foritcrete Centrium, my pitch currently at a max of 14 degrees maybe more like 13.8.

i have reviewed the low level flashing which fakro / velux supply which aren't very nice.

i live in the west midlands and i'm thinking about taking the risk on this 1/ 1.2 degree difference

has anyone else done this and it caused loads of problems?

I've been to hundreds that do leak and its generally too low a pitch. That said if you do want to go for it then I would advise using a felt collar.
