Experts,
I have moved to a new house and need some clarification on central heating system.

It is conventional boiler(Potterton suprima 40) and have hot water storage tank (tornado unvented) and have a cold water tank in loft.

Pressure on hot storage tank is always less than 1 bar and it is always water coming out pipe every morning.

Can you please guide me how to increase pressure of hot water storage tank and also stop letting hot water dripping out?

Regards,
Jack
