Boiler is Glow worm 18sxi. Displays message that the pressure is 0.5bar, but when I open both valves to refill it with water no water is heard comming through the pipes and pressure does not rise. Is this a problem with some other part of the plumbing? If so where should I check the plumbing? If not what else could it be? Thank you.

remove the filling loop and see if water comes out and take it from there
