due to Thames Water reducing mains water pressure our second floor (mains connected) Triton electric shower does not work due to 'low pressure'

(as we have a combi boiler we have no cold or hot water tanks)

what solutions do you offer for this

get a different electric shower ?

breaktank (and booster punp ) ?

accumulator ?

thanks

taps appear okay ,

when shower is on 'cold water mode pressure looks fine - can have a cold water shower no problem

i.e not a dribble

Thats your problem then. Most of this power need at least 1.25 Bar working pressure from the cold mains to stop the low pressure sensor cutting in.

so a 9kw shower might work then ?

I read that a Mira Play 9.5kW needs only 0.7 bar

do you think that this might do the trick ?

or is there another solution ?

Before splashing out any more money you need a plumber to test the working pressure present at your shower pipe.
