Hi everyone, I could do with some advice please

We recently had LVT (Camero) floor fitted, and noticed just before the bifold doors, the LVT droops down.

We pulled a bit up and could see that the screed that the builder put down stops about and inch and a half before the doors.

We have asked him for an explanation and he said it was normal practice incase we ever needed to have the bi-folds moved/repaired

It looks bloody awful and I cant imagine this is standard practice, can anyone tell me if this is true, or has he just done a sloppy job?

Thanks in advance!

As far as I know they have just glued it directly to the screed, I cannot see any sign of self levelling compound.

Is it Camaro loc or the glue down version ?

If glue down it should of had a smoothing compound done 1st. if loc then it should have a underlay.

can you post pics
